Each user who activates the product for the first time starting from February 3, 2026 may manually claim the Free Plan during activation by following the system guidance. The Free Plan is valid for 30 days.

Resource points are issued monthly in the plan.1 Credit = 0.001 USD, which can be used to offset consumption including large models, application runs, official paid plugins, etc.
Example:Assume an agent application that runs Deepseek V3 once per run on average, with input = 1000 tokens and output = 300 tokens per run.In this case:Monthly runs for the Enterprise Plan =(1,200,000 * 0.001) / ((1000/1000 * 0.00465 + 300/1000 * 0.00687) + 0.000245)= 172,512 runs Where:
Per-application-run cost = 0.000245 USD/run
DeepSeek-V3 input = 0.00465 USD / 1K tokens
DeepSeek-V3 output = 0.00687 USD / 1K tokens

You may upgrade your plan or purchase add‑on packs.After purchasing an add‑on pack, the deduction priority is:Plan Credits > Prepaid Resource Packs.
Notes:

Resource packs are valid for 12 months.
They cannot be purchased or used standalone; only available with Team or Enterprise Plan.

Tencent Cloud Agent Development Platform offers two billing items:monthly/yearly subscription services and add‑on packs.

Monthly/Yearly Subscription (Plan Packs)Including Team Plan and Enterprise Plan.
- In Tencent Cloud Console > Resource Management, you can manually renew, enable auto‑renew, or cancel renewal.
- Expired plan packs cannot be renewed; please repurchase to continue service.
Add‑on PacksIncluding Prepaid Resource Packs and Dedicated Concurrency Packs.
- Prepaid Resource Packs support only repurchase, not renewal.
- Dedicated Concurrency Packs support renewal: you can manually renew, enable auto‑renew, or cancel renewal in Tencent Cloud Console > Resource Management.

Tencent Cloud Agent Development Platform offers two types of billing items: monthly/annual platform subscription services and add-on package fees. The relevant refund instructions are as follows:

Refund rules for plan packages and dedicated concurrency packages:
- Refunds are supported within 15 calendar days (inclusive) of official purchase:
  - The refund amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis by usage duration (counted in days, with any period less than 24 hours regarded as one day).
  - Refund amount = Actual payment amount - (Used duration ÷ Total duration) × Actual payment amount
- No refunds are supported after 15 calendar days.
Refund rules for prepaid resource packages:
- Refunds are supported within 15 calendar days (inclusive) of official purchase:
  - The refund amount is calculated based on the remaining proportion of the prepaid resource package.
  - Refund amount = Actual payment amount × (Remaining quantity ÷ Total quantity)
- No refunds are supported after 15 calendar days.

If the plan package expires, there is no remaining Credit balance, and usage exceeds the knowledge base capacity limit of the package, the knowledge exceeding the available quota will be marked as “Over-Limit Invalid” after 7 days.

Knowledge in the “Over-Limit Invalid” status will not take effect in conversations and will be automatically deleted after 180 days.To continue using the knowledge base, please renew your subscription or purchase a prepaid resource pack in a timely manner. After purchasing resources, you need to manually restore “Over-Limit Invalid” knowledge in batches.
